HP Records Manager (TRIM) Configuration Manager

Tagence, Inc. is seeking a Record Management Expert to join the Tagence team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HP Records Manager (formerly called TRIM). This position requires interfacing with customer, understanding of the project requirements, understanding of records management, information management, project management, record retention, and record destruction. Successful candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and proven success in managing assignments to timely completion.

Work Location

  • Northern Virginia, occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Front end client configuration/saving Global Settings
  • Configuration – workflow definition, taxonomies, user roles and permissions, etc.
  • System administration (front end)
  • Preparation of custom user documentation and training materials
  • User training and ongoing support
  • Basic troubleshooting (Microsoft Office Integration)
  • Project Management – Tracking task completion and reporting to internal and customer management
  • Directing the efforts of others to ensure timely completion of more technical back-end development tasks
  • Customer interaction via phone and occasional one-site trips.

Qualifications

  • Three years+ hands-on experience configuring and customizing HPRM and training end-users
  • 2 years+ experience as customer-facing task manager

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, or similar discipline
