eCase Performance Management Features

Section 508 Compliance – eCase is compliant with current Section 508 requirements as outlined in the Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

FedRAMP Certified SaaS Solution – the eCase performance management application is available as a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) at levels compliant with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, and FIPS security provisions.

Single Sign-On with PIV Authentication – Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card single sign-on is supported and the functionality has been configured and successfully tested by our team.

eCase Workflow Designer – enable administrators to easily create, edit, and maintain standard, multiple, parallel, and sub workflows without the need for templates. The eCase Workflow Designer allows for drag-and-drop workflow steps, routing conditions, and business rules to quickly construct a visual representation of any process.

Access and Permissions Settings – this platform gives users the ability to set permissions and restrict access by personnel office, region, district, organization, department, unit, etc. System administrators are able to configure user groups and roles as required to ensure that users only have access to the information for which they are properly cleared. eCase provides role-based access control permissions at the system, application, case type, and folder levels with various types of granular permissions to govern user access to all aspects of the system.
